Cutters

Power's fabrication shops, manufacture and develop cutters and pilot drills in all sizes from 2" through to 60" diameter on standard cutters and linestop cutters. All compatable with existing equipment. Tipping can be in either H.S.S or Tungsten.

Inset shows a fabricated cutter in its raw state, the gullets are already shaped and the cutter is ready for heat treatment.
  
Inset shows the cutter being machined to is correct size, the gullets will then have the tip seats machined for the tips to be seated.
  
Insert shows the cutter completed, tips inserted by a brazing method and a pilot drill complete with holder.
