A. The 42" linestop fitting placed onto the 42" steel main, this fitting has to be welded fully onto the steel main, pressure in the pipeline 10 bar. Pressure tested to 20 bar.

B. The 42" Linestop Valve, mounted into position onto the 42" steel main. Note the valve is hydraulically operated and the steel pipe has been surrounded with concrete to accept the weight of the linestop equipment, approximate weight of the equipment eleven tonnes.

C. The 42" Linestop Tee, the 42" Linestop Valve and the 3680 Tapping Machine rigged 42" to complete the 42" linestop drilling. Drilling time 2hr 20 mins.

D. The 3680 Drilling Machine complete with the 42" cutter and pilot drill, drilling complete and coupon removed.
